Doctors gave me 6 months to live, I lived 25 years.
— Randolf Westphal

In tribute to the beautiful life of Randolf.

When he was diagnosed with skin cancer in 1987, doctors told Randolf he most probably has another 6 months to a year left to live. With that reality Randolf told himself that he wanted to see and connect with the world around him from his bike. So he started biking, first in Europe and eventually to other continents as well. And he continued to do so, for another 25 years.
